Our main RPii Annual Inspector Rae Adams started her career working in local Authority as a Project Manager. This has meant that she has had years of experience taking a project from conception, through public and school consultation, practical installation to completion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
During her time with the council, she was asked to take on the management of 125 play areas that had somehow fallen through the system. And in a way \u2013 this is where the journey began. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
What followed was 7 years of introducing policy and procedure, creating a qualified playground inspection team, a large number of refurbishments and new sites, the introduction of 106 strategies and gaining the accreditation of Rpii Annual Inspector herself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since then, Rae has worked with a number of local authorities and housing associations to develop their playground management structures, write policy, procedure and tender documents, consult with their clients and audit their facilities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
